Jesus Has Finished the Work of Salvation
“It is finished.” It is as though he said, “Whatsoever is necessary for the salvation of humanity is perfectly, and even unto the uttermost, and at the full, accomplished and fulfilled in this one and only sacrifice of my body, which I now offer to my heavenly Father, here hanging upon the cross.”
